OVERALL POLICY
Introduction

goZing Surveys is an online survey panel provider which offers cash rewards to participant members. Once an individual signs up with goZing they are then invited, via email, to periodically participate in new live surveys ranging in topic from critiquing new products to watching never-before-seen movie trailers. For every survey successfully completed, members are rewarded cash via Paypal, Buy.com gift certificates, or sweepstakes opportunities. Take a survey, get paid. It's that easy!

You can be assured your privacy and the confidentiality of your information is our number one priority. All of the data that goZing Surveys we collect from our studies may be reported in aggregate (that is, information about groups, not individuals) to our clients. Unless you tell us otherwise by giving us permission to do so, all individual information provided is held strictly confidential.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)

goZing Surveys gathers PII when individuals register to become member of one of more of our panels. After the initial registration, we ask panel members to provide us with more PII so that we may invite them to appropriate surveys. To become a panel member, we ask that you complete a panel registration form or to complete a panel registration survey to gather your basic and consumer information. We ask for your email address so that we can notify you of upcoming surveys which you may participate in. The other information we gather which includes but is not limited to, your name, your address, your gender, your birthday, and your employment status, is to match you with an appropriate market research project. We ask you for this information as a means to see if you might qualify for particular projects. All correspondence from goZing Surveys will be sent to your primary email address which you gave to us when you registered. If you become a panel member, your information (name, address, city, state, and zip) is also used for the purposes fulfilling any earned incentive rewards. If you take a survey or provide us with PII without being a member of our panel, the only PII we will preserve is the PII that you provide to us through the goZingSurveys.com site.

USE OF THIS INFORMATION

goZing Surveys will not sell, rent, or transfer the PII collected about the members of its panels or the individuals that take surveys for us unless the user has given us permission to do so. If you are a member of the goZing Surveys panel, your information is stored within our database so that we may determine if we can match you up with a specific market research study. If we think your profile makes you a potential candidate for a study, we will email you an invitation to make you aware of this opportunity. From time to time goZing Surveys may use third-party software for email list management and email distribution. In such cases only a minimum amount of information is transferred to these third parties so as to enable them to perform specific functions on our behalf.

DISCLOSURE OF PII TO THIRD PARTIES

Except as otherwise noted in this policy, goZingSurveys.com only discloses user information in aggregate form to its partners. For example, we might tell a partner how many users visited goZingSurveys.com over a period of time, but we will never tell them who it was that saw or clicked on their offer, unless that user has given us permission to do so. goZingSurveys.com believes that consumers should be able to control the use of their data. We will not share, rent, or sell PII with partners if you follow our simple unsubscribe procedure. If an opt-out is not submitted, we may notify users of offers of interest from goZingSurveys.com and our partners. We may also share, rent, or sell your name, postal address and e-mail address with certain partners so that they can send you messages directly for offers that may be of interest to you. The PII our users provide to us may be combined with other PII available from our records and other sources. We do not rent, license, or sell PII to third parties unless permission is granted through user submission of the checked permission notice box appearing at the registration and entry page of goZingSurveys.com. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or change of control of goZingSurveys.com, customer data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred. We will disclose information we maintain when we are required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We may also disclose PII as required by law or to protect the safety and security of our users.

COOKIES AND PIXEL TAGS

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your web browser software on your computer's hard drive or temporarily in your computer's memory. The use of cookies is now an industry-standard, and users will find them on most major web sites. goZing Surveys may place and store Internet cookies on a user's hard drive. A "pixel tag" is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of our website and is used to track an individual user's activity. We use a third party advertising company to serve and host advertisements on other sites.

"Pixel tracking," a common process which may be used in connection with these advertisements on other sites, involves the use of pixel tags that are not visible to the user of the site and consist of a few lines of computer coding. Pixel tracking measures the effectiveness of these advertisements and compiles aggregate usage statistics. For example, if you visit our Web site from an advertisement on another site, the pixel tag will reference the cookie you received when you clicked on the advertisement. The pixel tag may also register this activity with the third party advertising company to allow us to count the number of times or when an advertisement is accessed. OPTING-OUT OF GOZING SURVEYS DATA COLLECTION AND/OR DISTRIBUTION

Receiving email messages from goZing Surveys, our affiliates and partners is optional. As noted earlier, the collection, use, and distribution of PII helps us create a more personalized, relevant, and intelligent web service for our users. While some basic data is necessary to provide certain services, such as entry into a sweepstakes or incentive program and for fulfillment of any incentive products and services ordered through goZingSurveys.com, there are some cases where the submission of information is optional. From time to time, we will also email newsletters to you to make you aware of new features or contests running on our site.

We will not contact you with e-mail offers or share, rent, or sell PII with partners if you follow the simple opt-out procedure. EXTERNAL WEB SITES

To the extent hyperlinks or banner advertisements incorporating hyperlinks are utilized on the goZing Surveys site to access third party sites, users should be aware that these third party web sites are not controlled by goZing Surveys and, therefore, are not subject to this privacy policy. We recommend that users check the privacy policies of these individual sites to see how their personal information will be utilized.

REVIEWING/UPDATING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

SITE SECURITY

We have implemented a number of security features throughout the goZingSurveys.com site that are intended to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to the user information we collect online. For example, database information is firewall protected. Also, only authorized goZingSurveys.com personnel have access to any stored personal information we collect from our users. Moreover, any password and credit card information you submit to goZingSurveys.com is always encrypted during transmission. CHILDREN AND PRIVACY

The goZingSurveys.com site is not targeted nor directed to children under the age of thirteen. goZing Surveys does not intend to collect PII from individuals under the age of thirteen without the permission of his/her parents or legal guardian. If goZing Surveys receives actual notice that a child under the age of thirteen has provided PII to goZing Surveys, goZing Surveys will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from its files unless the child's parents or legal guardian grants us permission to retain the PII.
